Kathrine’s experience with Sage began when she discovered she needed Sage Line 50 knowledge.
She was offered a job a few years ago in but it required training in the use of Sage Line 50. “I was offered the job with a salary cut and the company would train me, great no problem!” “I’ll get the training and then a pay rise. Then, suddenly – yes, problem! I discovered that at that time found there was nobody providing bespoke (or any)Sage training in the Norfolk or even Suffolk area.
The problem was not insurmountable and she had also identified a gap in the East Anglian market. Suddenly she didn’t need a job anymore – a job had found her!

A typical session at the client’s premises will begin at around 10.00 am to enable the client to organise their day first. It will last for four or five hours so as not to totally disrupt routine, beginning with 20 minutes of identification and specification, looking at Sage if they already have it, listening to the client and talking with management if necessary to identify the areas that need attention, followed with systematically working through to a program we (I and the client) have identified.” Remember every company operates differently, everybody has a different level of ability and KO Associates can operate within these different parameters.
